Delivery/Insurance charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place your order. Delivery/Insurance charges will be based on rates by Swiss Parcel Service and on the value of your order. Courier Service is also available if required.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase together with your order number. This order number should be quoted in any correspondence you may have regarding your order.

An additional email will then be sent advising you of the date that your goods were posted. 

Please be aware that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Taylor Jewellery you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt and we offer a full money back guarantee (excluding postage and insurance) or you may exchange the item. 

If you are returning goods to Taylor Jewellery, the item needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the box and the dispatch note with the invoice.

For your own benefit, if returning an item to Taylor Jewellery, we suggest that you use registered mail, as this will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

If you place a Special Order for a non-standard ring size you will be unable to return the product unless it is faulty. This is because it will have been made especially to your specifications and cannot therefore be resold.
