If you are returning goods to Taylor Jewellery, the item needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the box and the dispatch note with the invoice.

For your own benefit, if returning an item to Taylor Jewellery, we suggest that you use registered mail, as this will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

If you place a Special Order for a non-standard ring size you will be unable to return the product unless it is faulty. This is because it will have been made especially to your specifications and cannot therefore be resold.
